  • Method

    Muddle 1/2 lime in a cocktail shaker with 30ml South Pacific seltzer. Add a scoop of ice and then coriander leaves. Shake well.

    Pour the contents of the glass into a high ball glass, top it with Sammy Piquant South Pacific Seltzer, and stir.
