Our founders
Often found eating dried apricots in the Hunza valley, meeting with merchants on the Silk road or imbibing charred and fermented cactus in Oaxaca. We are always ready for a long tale and longer drink.

Using whole spices, fresh botanicals and dried root herbs, we have developed a cold infusion and small batch brewing process that preserves flavour and delicate aroma
