80 ml watermelon juice

20 ml lime juice

5 ml sugar syrup

three basil leaves

Glassware: Rocks glass

Garnish: Watermelon and basil.

Method

Method

Shake with ice and fine-strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with watermelon and basil.

Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
