Strawberry and Black Pepper Sour
Made with Sammy Piquant Oaxacan.
Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
50 ml unsweetened strawberry purée
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
a small pinch of black pepper
Glassware: Coupe
Garnish: Strawberry and light turn of black pepper.
Method
Shake with ice and fine-strain into a coupe. Garnish with strawberry and a light turn of black pepper.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
