Pineapple and Chilli Cooler
Made with Sammy Piquant Oaxacan.
Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
60 ml pineapple juice
20 ml lime juice
5 ml sugar syrup
40 ml soda
one thin chilli slice
Glassware: Not specified in original recipe
Garnish: Pineapple.
Method
Shake everything except soda with ice. Fine-strain over fresh ice, top with soda and garnish with pineapple. Adjust chilli after tasting.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
