Peach and Oolong Cooler
Made with Sammy Piquant Oaxacan.
Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
50 ml cooled unsweetened oolong tea
50 ml peach nectar
15 ml lemon juice
5 ml sugar syrup
Glassware: Tall glass
Garnish: Peach.
Method
Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with peach. Reduce syrup if the nectar is particularly sweet.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
