Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
30 ml unsweetened passion fruit purée
10 ml lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
60 ml soda
Glassware: Not specified in original recipe
Garnish: Half a passion fruit.
Method
Shake everything except soda with ice. Strain over fresh ice, add soda and garnish with half a passion fruit.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
