25 ml lime juice

20 ml orange juice

10 ml agave syrup

Glassware: Rocks glass

Garnish: Lime; half-salted rim.

Method

Method

Shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a half-salted rocks glass. Garnish with lime.

Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
