Hibiscus and Orange Spritz
Made with Sammy Piquant Oaxacan.
Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
60 ml cooled unsweetened hibiscus tea
30 ml orange juice
10 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
60 ml soda
Glassware: Large wine glass
Garnish: Orange.
Method
Build over plenty of ice in a large wine glass. Stir gently and garnish with orange.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
