Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
50 ml grapefruit juice
15 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
60 ml soda
Glassware: Tall glass
Garnish: Grapefruit; small pinch of salt.
Method
Build over ice in a tall glass and stir gently. Garnish with grapefruit and a small pinch of salt.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
