Method

Preparation

Mint tea: steep 2 g fresh mint leaves in 60 ml just-boiled water, 30 ml just-boiled water and 10 ml just-boiled water for 5 minutes. Strain, cool and measure 15 ml. Agave working mix (equal parts): stir 30 ml Sammy agave with 30 ml water until uniform. Use the measured working mix listed for this drink, not the same measure of neat agave. Use a fresh cherry or a garnish verified not preserved in alcohol. Make fresh for the session, refrigerate promptly and keep chilled until use.

Make the cocktail

1. Chill a small stemmed glass.

2. Shake all measured ingredients with cubed ice for 10 seconds.

3. Fine-strain and add the cherry garnish.
