The classic paloma reimagned

Ingredients

• 100ml Oaxaca
  
• 530ml Chilled water
  
• The juice of 1/2 grapefruit (80ml)
  
• The juice ½ lemon or lime (40ml)
  
• Sammy Piquant cocktail salt
  
• Garnish: Slices of fresh lemon or lime
  

Method

1. Using the funnel pour Sammy Piquant Oaxaca, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and a pinch of Sammy salt into Breville Infizz Bottle
   
2. Add enough chilled water to fill the bottle to the minimum fill line
   
3. Carbonate the contents carefully following the Breville Instructions
   
4. Pour some of the Sammy salt onto a plate
   
5. Rub a lemon rind around the rim of four rocks glasses and rim with Sammy salt
   
6. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and a slice of lemon or lime
   
7. Pour the contents of the infizz bottle into your glasses, garnish with a slice of lemon or lime and serve

This is a spin on a zero proof Aperol Spritz

• 100ml Jetsetter
  
• 570ml Chilled Water
  
• The Juice of one blood orange (80ml) (regular orange works too!)
  
• Garnish: Slices of Fresh Blood orange
  

Method

1. Using the funnel pour Sammy Piquant Jetsetter, orange juice into Breville InFizz Bottle
   
2. Add enough chilled water to fill the bottle to the minimum fill line
   
3. Carbonate the contents carefully, following the Breville Instructions
   
4. Fill 4 large wine glasses with ice and a slice of blood orange
   
5. Add ice to large wine glasses and add contents of infizz bottle to each glass. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and serve
