Coffee and Orange Shake
Made with Sammy Piquant Oaxacan.
Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
30 ml cooled espresso
20 ml orange juice
10 ml maple syrup
a tiny pinch of salt
Glassware: Chilled coupe
Garnish: Orange twist.
Method
Shake hard with ice and fine-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
