Coconut and Lime Cooler
Made with Sammy Piquant Oaxacan.
Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
60 ml coconut water
20 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
40 ml soda
Glassware: Not specified in original recipe
Garnish: Lime.
Method
Shake everything except soda with ice. Strain over fresh ice, add soda and garnish with lime.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
