Ingredients
50 ml Oaxacan
60 ml cloudy apple juice
15 ml lime juice
60 ml alcohol-free ginger beer
Glassware: Tall glass
Garnish: Apple and lime.
Method
Build over ice in a tall glass. Stir gently and garnish with apple and lime.
Sugar syrup means equal weights of sugar and water, dissolved and cooled. Quantities are in ml except where stated.
